I am a second year library supervisor with 6 elementaries.  At the end of =
the school year our administration gave the elementaries 15 minutes extra =
per class. =20
They are expecting the clerks to teach library skills.  I really need =
guidance on this from some of you veterans out there.  I am under the =
understanding that non ceritified library clerks cannot TEACH library =
skills or any other school curriculum.  Can any of you help me with this.  =
These ladies are wonderful dedicated people but are not trained, do not =
hold teaching degrees and certainly do not get paid enough to create =
lesson plans and teach.
