TARGET: Holiday ideas

Happy Holiday Season fellow librarians!  I have never
done very much for this season in the way of special
activities, but I am thinking that I would like to try
something.  I would like ideas that incorporate more
of the holidays, not just Christmas.  And I'll be
working with a very homogeneous community (we have,
maybe, 5 families that are Jewish and 2 that celebrate
Kwanzaa).  Does anyone out there have any ideas that
have worked with their classes.  I am looking for
ideas for all elementary grade levels - K-5.  I am
also limited in regards to technology.  The library
has computers only for me, so it can't be something
technology related.  I am looking for any kind of
ideas and I will definitely post a hit.  I hope
everyone had a great Thanksgiving and TIA.
