Off Topic: Online culinary course

The daughter of one of our teachers is planning to apply to the
Culinary Institute. Apparently, it is very competative and she was
wondering if there were any online courses that she could take in
advance that would look good on her application. She is currently a
Junior in high school. If you have any ideas, please let me know.
