Today our school project was to plant daffodils along the driveway.
This morning during the bulb planting, we had some cute comments:
from both kinder and first graders (more than one child asked this):
   "Will these bulbs light up?"
>From third grader:
   "When do we get to eat these?"
and from a first grader:
  "Those are really big seeds!"
not sure of the age of the child who wanted to know why we weren't
putting the roots up, instead of down...
