Cataloging/Downloading from LOC

Thanks to everyone for their helpful suggestions on what went wrong when I
tried to download from LOC into Notepad and then into Athena.  It turns
out I neglected to follow one teeny tiny step which resulted in a BAD
RECORD result.  I tried the process again until I got it right.  This
method may save time when everyone in the world is trying to get into LOC
using z-MARC.  Thanks again.
