Our school is networked with Windows NT 4.0 and we have the network version of Encarta 2000. However, the lab is not able to make Encarta work, nor can I get it up on my computers. Is there something special we need to do that our techs are missing? We have been told by "someone" that since we have 28 computers that is too many trying to get to it all at once. If that is the case, what is the point of networking it? We would appreciate any help that you might offer us. If I need to supply more info for you to help and I will get it to you. At this point, this is all I know about it, but was asked to beg for help.
