Tech: Digital Mixer for In-house TV Channel

We are in the process of setting up an in-house TV station and preparing to
purchase a digital audio video mixer so we can switch between a live camera
and tapes edited on our new AVIO editing machine.  I know the Videonics
MXProDV audio video mixer is wonderful, but I'm afraid it is too much for
elementary students and more than our budget can afford.  Instead we are
debating between the Panasonic WJ-MX20 and the Sima SFX-M Digital Audio
Video Mixers.   Both have the ability to do the ChromaKey effect, which is a
must for several upcoming projects.  If you have any experience with either
of these mixers (or a better model to suggest for students in grades 4 & 5
to use), I would love to hear your comments.  TIA!
