Read Across America Day Ideas??

I am looking for new and exciting ways to celebrate Read Across
America Day at the K-5 school where I work.  We've done reading
buddies, dress as your favorite book character, Seuss trivia
contests, bookmark contests, Seuss choral readings, DEAR time...
is there anything else out there?  Thanks.
