TARGET: Elementary technology assessments

Hi everyone!  I'm posting this for my K-2 media specialist.  Her
building is working on accreditation and she has just been told that
they should have some sort of standardized technology assessment as
technology is one of their target areas.  Does anyone know of such a
tool?  I'm searching on my own but my assessments are all for the
secondary level.  Thanks for any help you can provide.  Feel free to
