Good Afternoon everyone,
I recently got a good activity for the D.D.S.
from this list. Unfortunately, I deleted it rather
than saving it to a folder by mistake, so I can't give
credit where credit is due. The idea was to assign a
group of students a 100's section of the D.D.S. and
let them come up with a pose that represents their
section. That gets photographed and it is all made
into a poster. I would like to find out some more
about this activity from the originator, but I would
also like some ideas from the whole group. I was
thinking of expanding the idea to create a D.D.S.
charades. Has anyone out there done this before?
What do you suggest for the "harder" sections like the
general 000's, the 100's, 800's etc? I would love to
hear your thoughts and ideas and would be glad to post
a hit if there is any interest. By the way, I would
be doing this with sixth graders definitely and
possibly fifth, as well. TIA
