Sometime ago there was some discussion of whether Chinaberry Books, a mail order book company, still does book fairs. I just got their current book catalog, and the answer is yes. There are two options. You can either do a catalog book fair, or a "virtual book fair" online. The URL is <www.ChinaberryBookFairs.com> and it explains all about the options and what your profit would be (scaled according to sales level with a merchandise option). You can also contact them by phone at 1-888-481-6744 or by mail: Chinaberry 2780 Via Orange Way Suite B Spring Valley, CA 91978 For those of you who have never seen their catalog, most of the titles are preschool, primary and elementary level, with some at the middle school level and some books for adults, both novels and on parenting. There are also a few toys and craft kits. Each book is given a long (and very personalized) review by a member of the Chinaberry staff, with a picture of the book cover. I have never done one of their book fairs or ordered from them professionally, but I have ordered from them many times as a parent, and their service is very good.
