Also in January... From the American Foundation for the Blind, in honor of Louis Braille: January 4 was the birthday of Louis Braille, so the American Foundation for the Blind (AFB)chose that day to launch the Braille Bug, an interactive channel on AFB's web site created to teach sighted children about braille, and to encourage literacy among all children--sighted and visually impaired. Visit http://www.afb.org/braillebug today, and encourage all children grades 3 through 6 to check out the site, play some games, and send a secret message to a friend! Webmasters, we'd love to have you link to the Braille Bug from your = site. Just visit http://www.afb.org/braillebug/webmasters.asp=20 for the code to create a link.
