Dear All,

Thanks for the suggestions on how to copy a DOS screen and
somehow get the image into a word processing or photo editing
program.

I guess I didn't make myself clear in my original post. I have
already tried pushing the print screen key, but when I try to paste it
into Word or Notepad or Word Pad, it comes out as a text version,
and I want an IMAGE of the screen.

A couple of people suggested pasting it into Photo Editor or Paint.
There is no "paste" option in Photo Editor. There is also no
"paste" option in Paint, but there is a "paste from" option.
However, I don't know where to go to find whatever is temporarily
pasted on the clipboard. Does anyone know? I tried looking in the
Windows - Temp folder, but didn't understand what half that stuff
was!

I know this can be done, because I've seen a handout with an
image of a DOS screen. However, it was lying on someone's desk
in my distant past, and I cannot for the life of me remember where I
saw it.

Oh well, if anyone has any other suggestions, I'd love them.
Thanks again for your suggestions.
