LM_NET: Library Media Networking

What would be the easiest way to get the attached
copied onto a Netscape webpage so that it could be
linked off of our library page so that students could
access from home?  I tried to open it and save it as
an html but the only thing that saved was the clip
art. Is there a way other than scanning and inserting?
