LM_NET: Library Media Networking

I'm hoping you can help find this reference. A teacher remembers a report
on either ABC or NBC news sometime in the last 5 years about a possible
new species, derived from humans and apes, that would be a slave work
force. If you know where we can find more information about this, please
let me know directly.
