TARGET: Dpwnloading MARC records from LOC

Dear LM_NETTERS,
A while back someone of the list gave the instructions for getting MARC
records from the Library of Congress to download into a school catalog.  I
tried this process and was unsuccessful.  We use Follett and our filter at
school will not allow me to try the download over the Internet.  I went home
and attempted to save one file to a disk and try to load it to the catalog
at school. It didn't work.  I think the problem is being able to save it in
MICROLIF form.  Could anyone out there with experience offer any
suggestions.  Thanks.
