It seems to me that if it is illegal to sell or distribute pornography to
"children" (as in under the age of 18, not legally adults), that anyone
"gifting" a school with such a subscription, or any publishing/distribution
company knowingly MAILING such materials to a school or school library,
would be VIOLATING THE LAW and that the local post office might possibly be
one to contact to put a swift end to it. Ask to speak to the local
postmaster.

Anyone working for such companies who receives the order or is preparing
the mailing labels and sees the word "school" or "school library" in the
address should know to question such a subscription. "School" as part of an
institution's name is commonly associated with students up to age 18. The
word school is rarely applied to colleges, and even in the case of schools
catering to adults (beauty schools, nursing schools, etc.) it seems
unlikely that they would subscribe to such magazines.
