GEN: Principal Evaluation "Instrument"

Faculty is always evaluated (as we should be), but the faculty
doesn't get to evaluate the administrators.  I think the
faculty knows more about the principal than the superintendent
does, and we would like some input in that evaluation process.
Do any of you have such an "instrument",as our superintendent
loves to call it?  If so, I would love to have a copy for our
PPC meeting tomorrow. My fax number is 870-238-5011 if that is
