I received a couple of good suggestions about math software and several
requests for a hit..... so here are the suggestions I received. I would love
to hear from others about this. If I receive more suggestions, I'll post
another hit. As a recap, we're looking for good math software to support our
math curriculum standards...... 3 yr-old Child development through 6th grade.
Have about $1500 to spend. Thanks!

Check out www.edmark.com They have an excellent series of math CDs ranging
from 3-Jr. High! You can even purchase a network version. I have never
heard of Destination Math but have used all their Edmark Math programs and
would highly recommend hem over so many of the other programs available
today.

We use Numbers Undercover (from Sunburst) for grades 1-
3. It practices time, money, skip counting, and
estimating. It also allows the teacher to set the
levels that are appropriate for the user (there are 3
levels of difficulty). Our kids really enjoy it. Also,
a great logic game for 5th and 6th graders is The
Logical Journey of the Zoombinis (by Broderbund, I
think). Logic skills are used/required in so many math
problems. The kids LOVE this one! I'd love to see a
HIT on what others suggest.
