Interactive bib site?

Teachers in my county have been trying to access the interactive
bibliography site at Nueva Day School.  It hasn't been working the last
week or so.  Is it no longer available?  I've been sending people to
NoodleBib for their interactive forms, but some still like using the Nueva
site.
