Help please. A good friend and coworker asked for some information on the Bicentennial Flag (the one used in 1976). He is doing a display of several historical flags with a short paragraph or two on the origin and history of each. He has information on all the rest, but this one has us all stumped. Is there anything unique about the "Bicentennial Flag"? If so, who designed it and does it have any official sanction? Do you know anything else about this flag? Thanks so very much for your help. (BTW - he needs the information by tomorrow, of course.) You are such a great group. I know you will come through. Please email me directly. I will post whatever information I get. Thanks.
