I wanted to take a moment and thank everyone that sent me encouraging, =
and inspiring advice over the past 24 hours. Thanks to you all, I feel =
much more positive about my situation ... and I have several new mantras =
to repeat when I'm feeling overwhelmed.  ;-)

As for the Open Circulation question, my thinking (after checking out =
all the feedback) is that it's an administrative 'buzz word' that really =
means flexible scheduling. To be sure, I'm going to ask my Information =
Technology professor on Tuesday. She is very active in our public school =
system and knows the administrator that has been using it.=20

Thank you again for the warm welcome to both the list and to the =
profession. I can tell both associations will be fruitful!
