I am a new young adult librarian at a public library. I am interested in working with local school librarians but need advice on what I should do. For those school librarians who collaborate with public libraries (or vice versa) what are some things you've found helpful that a public librarian can offer? Secondly, any advice on how to make those connections? Send out letters to librarians? phone calls? Thank you!
