Humor: How to Build a Web Page in 25 Steps

I just finished an online Web Design class offered through the University of
Northern Iowa. The class was outstanding and I will send you the URL for my
web page as soon as it is uploaded onto my district's server. One of the
other members of my class sent this bit of humor. It was so funny that I had
