LM_NET Archive



Thank you to everyone who let me know that the NG site was working at that
link - I managed to get through to it eventually.

If you want to have a look at the project I am working on, go to the PDPS
home page and scroll down to just below the main menu and click on Maths
Across Oz.  The first page is a bit ordinary but the Where is Australia?
page is complete.  It is designed for our Yr 5/6 students but if you can use
it, do so.  Any and all feedback welcome.

In the meantime, if someone can suggest a site that gives the actual
distances between Australia & NZ; PNG and Indonesia, I would be grateful.  I
know there are those that you can put specific points in and have the
distance calculated, but I want something a little simpler than that.
