SHARE: Quote for the Weekend

I had to share this from my Teachers Calendar after I read it this
morning.  I think it ties in well with this week's discussions of both
budget shortfalls and the quotations author.

Surely, we should have learned this lesson during the last century.  How
long will we have to repeat it before we learn this from our own history.
