Hello, I need some help. I am wondering if anyone knows of a program within Win Me that allows a user to click on or off programs that run in the background on the computer. I am trying to free up some resources and I did it yesterday with a techie's help and now cannot remember how I did it. I think it had something to do with choosing "Run" from the start bar and then typing in the program name but I cannot remember it for the life of me. TIA.
