Misc.: Web Design for Beginners

Dear Fellow Netters,

I come to you again asking for your assistance.  Several of you have sent me
URLs to the web pages you have created by hand or using free resources.  For
that I am thankful.  Now I need to know some places that offer free web
hosting.  Specifically, I am looking for sites which will allow you to upload
pages created with a web editor like Front Page Express.  I was fortunate
enough to be able to post my web site to a server, but I want to be prepared
in case there are participants in the workshop who are not on a server.
