The fourth grade teacher at my school has the children call the 800 numbers
for the various states to request tourist info. She has had these numbers
for a few years and just hands them out and sends the students to the
various telephones around the school to have them call. The student who
called the New York number yesterday got a sex line. Luckily the student
did not know what it was and simply handed the telephone to the nearest
teacher and told him he did not understand the "lady".
