Book Title

Our art teacher is looking for a book that she used to
read to her son.  He is now 25 or so.  The book is
about a snowman who changes colors because a snowcone
factory explodes. She says it's great for teaching
color mixing. It is an older book and is not sure if
it would even be in print but would like the title.
