Hi,

I just received a copy of the book "Dear Ellen Bee: A Civil War Scrapbook
of Two Union Spies" by Mary Lyons.  It is a fictional account of actual
events.  It came in two weeks ago and I have had barely a chance to glance
through it.  The teachers who've seen it have checked it out, and so far,
I've heard good things about it.  The kids are also wating for a turn with it.
