TARGET: Short Story Unit PROJECT

Hi, all:

I teach 8th grade English and am two classes shy of my librarian degree (yeah)!

My short story unit includes stories that have videos.  The kids also write
a short story.  Ho-hum!  As creative as I am, this is the first time I'm
totally stymied when trying to come up with a PROJECT for the students.  Do
your teachers do something amazing you can share with me?
