TARGET: School Library Mission Statements

G'day all,

I have a very basic page on the ASLA (NSW) website on Mission Statements at:
http://www.asla.nsw.edu.au/libmissions.htm

I've now been asked to turn this into a journal article. I need help:
* if you have any references to good articles on Mission statements
* any thoughts on the need for Mission Statements
* personal anecdotes about how your school framed its library Mission
Statement
* if you are proud of your Mission Statement

I'd love to hear from you.
