I just wanted to share something fun this morning!
I've been aware for some time, that the students at this high school are =
REALLY into poetry. I would say our 811 section usage comes 2nd only to =
fiction. Love poetry is particulary sought after. They also like to write =
poetry.
One day, two weeks ago, I had the light bulb go off and decided to post =
student-created poems on the net. I talked with the literary magazine =
advisor and our computer graphics teacher and we all teamed up to create a =
poetry site where student work could be posted. =20
We are just now starting to post the page, but I was so excited by how it =
is shaping up that I decided to share it with you. Take a look if you have =
the time! It will be slow loading because of the graphics, but they are =
worth the wait. I will try to reduce their file size when I get time.
