I notice that many "Targets" are being turned into "Hits" within a
very short time after the request for information is issued. I would
like to suggest that people wait for several days to post a hit to
give us time to catch up on our LM_NET reading and to respond. I
targeted Distance Learning Programs over a week and a half ago, if
not more, and am still receiving responses. You'll get that hit soon!
