We have been asked by our Faculty Evaluation Task force to begin customizing
the evaluation form to fit the specific needs of our department. The first
step is to revise the statements used in Instructional Strategies.
Currently the generic form reads:
--Uses varied approaches to teaching
--Differentiates instructions to meet students' diverse learning styles and
needs
--Applies effective classroom management strategies
--Creates a safe, positive climate for learning.
What specific "school media specialist" instructional strategies, would you
include in your evaluation form?
