I just discovered that the school I've been wanting to apply to work at has no budget for its library's collection. They get their books from donations through the book fair only. I'd be interested in hearing opinions from those of you who have worked in libraries where this is the case. Coming from the public library in an affluent town, I can't even imagine what that would be like. TIA!
