Good Morning Everyone!

To those of you who responded to my question thank you very much. I
appreciate it greatly. Many of you suggested using fully processed books.
There are two concerns I see with that,

one - the quality level from one vendor to another. For instance - I buy a
fair number of books from Bound to Stay bound for my picture books - the
quality of the book is excellent but the cataloging is poor in regard to
what I get from my follett online service. I am trying to a get a consistent
record particularly in the subject heading for easy searching. How do you
deal with the variance of cataloging record - do you just buy from one
source?

two - my total budget is roughly $6,500 - I spend roughly 3500 - 4000 on
books. Many books I get from publishers reps, clearance sales and bookstores
where processing is not available. Also I really would rather put that
processing money into books. I do this although it takes more time in
purchasing because I need to stretch my budget as far as I can.

Any further thoughts with this updated info.

Thank you again.
