Hi LM Netters,
I have not been able to import patron pictures into my Follett
system which runs on a Mac. Our tech support person has called Lifetouch
studios tech support twice and Follett once, and she's certain that we're
following their directions exactly. Still, we get 620 error messages that
the patron ID#s cannot be found. If you were able to do this successfully,
can you think of anything that we may be overlooking? We have not yet
upgraded to Follett 5.0. Judi
