Hi Pat, We are using BookAdventure here in Las Vegas. My school has about 900 K-5 students. It is a year round school with 5 tracks. The Reading specialist is doing the training but the teachers really are the ones who promote it within their classrooms. I show them books in the library that are BA books. They are all marked with a spine label. They can take tests in their classrooms, the library or the computer lab. I think the most important component is that the teachers need to "buy in" to make it successful. This program is good for us because we are an at-risk school and really need to make use of the books that we have with a free program. If you have other specific questions, let me know.
