Target: Rating Sad or Tearful elementary books

Hello you wonderful librarians!

As I was in my library late Thursday night  (we have to spend the same time
at school as teachers who are holding nighttime conferences), I read a few
books. One of them had me bolting to my office for a minute of "get it
together - think happy thoughts": It was
Love that Dog (made me cry and I had a lump in my throat.)

I was wondering if there was a site that rated tear jerkers/sad books, and
if so, would someone point me to it?
