We had the same problem on PC's with LifeTouch. The problem turned out to
be that they had added a leading zero to the id number, and SASI patron
export information did not have this number. Thus, the id's did not match
when imported. The replacements that LifeTouch sent had a trailing letter
D attached...same problem! We gave up and will be using another company
next year.
