The agency that would have the recorded textbooks is Recordings for the Blind. They can be located online at: http://www.rfbd.org You may have to supply the textbook if it hasn't already been recorded. This organization provides recorded material (not just textbooks) for individuals who are blind or dyslexic. If you have a state library for the blind, you might also check there for additional materials.
