This morning (Mon 3/11) I found out through the grapevine that we are
having author Alyssa Satin Capucilli here the day after tomorrow (Wed
3/13). All I was able to find out is she wrote a series of books about a
dog named Biscuit for young readers. While I have heard of these books, I
have never heard of this author. Could not find out more than a sentence
or two from the internet. Unfortunately, We only own one copy of one of
her books. ( I guess someone will be hitting Barnes and Noble tomorrow
evening).
Does anyone have any info about this author? Perhaps you have had her
visit your school?
P.S. Please don't tell me about the short notice. I have absolutely
NOTHING to do with author visits --- no information, no input, no
arranging, no preparation of classes, etc. The way the classes are
arranged, They go to the author visit during their non-library time, so I
don't get to even meet/hear the author.
