A teacher is planing an assignment which would have students research famous murder trials from about 1960 to the present. We are in the process of compiling a list. We are using Gale's Great American Trials, and also Bloodletters and badmen as a start. So far we have: Richard Speck The case that inspired In Cold Blood Joel steinberg Sirhan Sirhan Charles Manson William Calley court marshall Angela Davis Ted Bundy Gary Mark Gilmore Son of Sam Jean Harris John Hinckley Weathermen Bernard Goetz Pamela Smart OJ Simpson John Demjanjuk Obviously, some of these may not make it to the final list. Can you let me know others to add to this list? I'll post a hit. TIA. ----- "...the way to foster excellence in students is to foster excellence in teachers.
