I doubt it... let's not jump to conclusions. LM_NET members have had these spates of spam before. I opened the message with my connection blocked and it didn't generate any reply back to the sender.... Either set up a filter for the messages, delete them, or backtrack to some real ISPs and report them.... or delete and ignore them.
