form of book title on a title page

A teacher came to me this morning with a question.  We have both looked =
for the answer to no avail.  I know someone out there knows exactly =
where to find this answer!

The students have to include title pages in their book reports.  On that =
title pages should the title of the book be underlined?  I have never =
done it but want to make sure that I'm not giving the wrong answer.
