Target: SEC: Good Teaching Videos

Greetings Colleagues. The discovery of some old Master Teacher videos in a
cupboard made me wonder if any of your schools have good motivational videos
that help teachers become "better" teachers.  Does anyone have anything that
really works?  That teachers have actually found to be helpful?
