Dawn--your patron reminded me of one I had years ago who insisted that I look
up the poem "Trees" by Alfred Lloyd Tennyson. When I gently pointed out that
it was "Lord" and not "Lloyd" and that he had not written "Trees," she
assured me I was quite wrong and then proceeded to sing it for me over the
phone. Perhaps our old ladies are related. Then there was the one who
filled out a card application for her dog.....
