TARGET: answers to sticky job interview q's?

Hi all,

I am interviewing for several HS positions, and would like to be as prepared
as possible without "looking prepared"-

What are your favorite q's/a's for those catch-you-off-guard questions? How
do you diffuse them, if necessary?

I was recently asked (after saying that I would go according to building
policy) what my "personal" view was on allowing or disallowing computer
chat... extreme dancing around that issue!
